Scholarships

NCPGA Foundation Scholarship Program

Through the NCPGA Scholarship Program we are able to support and encourage continuing education by assisting students residing within the bounds of the NCPGA Section with post secondary schooling.

Junior Scholarships

  • The Jim Langley Scholarship - The Jim Langley Scholarship Fund provides opportunities for students residing within the bounds of the NCPGA Section with funds for post-secondary schooling. Graduating high school seniors are provided with a means to achieve their dreams and promote the fundamental values that this great game has to offer. The $2,000 scholarships are awarded to one male and one female graduating high school senior each year.

  • HB Foundation/Air Force One Junior Golf Scholarships - The NCPGA Foundation has partnered with the HB Foundation / Air Force One (formerly known as PowerBilt) Junior Golf Scholarship Fund in order to provide scholarship opportunities to college-bound high school seniors that are members of the NCPGA/NCGA's Junior Tour of Northern California (JTNC).

NCPGA Member Grants & Scholarships

  • NCPGA Associate Scholarships - This scholarship is open to NCPGA associates who have completed Level 1 of the PGA Professional Golf Management Program. This scholarship is funded through the Charity Golf Challenge, #GivingTuesday, and through direct donations.

  • Foundation Grants - The NCPGA Foundation issues grants (up to $1,250) to programs that meet our mission statement and make a positive difference and impact for good in our communities. The grant should support direct program needs and not endowment funds. The application must be submitted by an NCPGA Class A Member in good standing.
